We require vaccinations to be up-to-date for every pet visiting our facility. Our required vaccinations for dogs are Bordetella, Rabies, and DHLPP (or similar distemper booster). Our required vaccinations for cats are Rabies and FVRCP (or similar distemper booster). You can upload your pet’s vaccination records directly on our Customer Portal or email them to Info@AnimalCottage.com

For the safety of everyone, all pets are required to enter and exit the facility on a leash. We recommend you bring your pet’s own food when boarding and that it be pre-packaged as individual meals. An additional charge will be added if we need to provide our own dry “house” food and/or if your pet’s food is not pre-packaged or if we need to administer medication/supplements. We provide Kuranda cot-style beds for our guests so it is not necessary to bring bedding. Feel free to bring two or three toys for your pet as well as any treats you would like them to have. Please do not bring bowls, breakable items, rawhide chews, or other belongings for your pet’s visit.

The full balance of the invoice is to be paid at time of pick up. Charges are calculated by calendar day and not 24-hour period. A 3.5% surcharge will be added to all Credit Card payments.

We provide a number of additional services such as Nature Walks, Enrichment Sessions, Tuck-in Time, Report Cards, etc. that can be added during your pet’s stay with us. Please let us know if you would like to enhance your pet’s stay with any of these services during check-in.
